About Norck
Norck: Excellence in Advanced Manufacturing
We are a precision manufacturing partner built around an engineering core. Before production begins, our AI tools and human engineers collaborate directly to refine designs, validate manufacturability, and choose the right materials and processes. The result: predictable outcomes, faster cycles, and parts that meet extreme precision requirements.
Where we came from
Norck evolved from a decade of manufacturing precision cutting tools and blades-first as California Knife & Blade in 2009, then as Baucor. This dedication to performance expanded into a broader company and platform, bringing the same rigor to precision CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, and assembly.
Our Global Presence and Engineering-First Approach

What Norck has become
Today, Norck is a comprehensive, engineering-led manufacturing ecosystem. We have expanded beyond standard on-demand parts to offer specialized support for advanced industries:
- Human-led engineering from the start: DFM reviews, tolerance analysis, material and finishing guidance, and application support.
- On-demand production: CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and polymer/metal 3D printing (from prototypes to series production).
- Certified quality: ISO 9001:2015 quality management practices and documented traceability.
- Supply-chain resilience: A vetted, multi-site supplier network with real-time job tracking and proactive risk mitigation.

Introducing: Norck Robotics
To better serve our high-tech partners, we have launched Norck Robotics, a specialized division fully integrated into the broader Norck ecosystem. This division is dedicated specifically to supporting customers in the robotics and automation sectors. Whether you need complex, rigid components for a new robot design or complete turnkey automation cells for your own facility, Norck Robotics provides focused engineering expertise to bring those systems to life.
Why customers trust us
Our engineering-first approach is validated by our partners. Customers consistently choose Norck because we identify design risks that automated platforms miss.
- “The engineering support we've received from Norck has been exceptional. They truly understand our needs and deliver solutions that fit perfectly.” - Muraplast d.o.o.
- “Norck products performed with the level of precision and durability expected in high-stakes industrial applications.” - Getpro Industrial
How we are different
- Engineering first, not just “automated quoting.” We start with humans-augmented by AI-to ensure the engineering is correct early, when it matters most.
- Precision you can audit. Transparent documentation, process control, and inspection reports aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
- Breadth without compromise. From standard 3-axis milling to advanced robotics integration-all coordinated through one accountable partner.
